Copyright in published articles is retained by the authors, with the right of first publication granted to the journal/publisher. Authors retain the right to reuse, republish, archive, and distribute their published articles, subject to applicable copyright and licensing terms. The journal/publisher is not responsible for any unauthorized subsequent use of the published work by third parties. Authors grant the publisher permission to assign a DOI to their articles and to deposit the associated article metadata with Crossref and other appropriate scholarly indexing, abstracting, and discovery services.

Open-access Policy

IJIRCST follows the Gold Open Access model of journal publishing. This means that IJIRCST provides immediate open access to all published articles on the publisher's website. The readers, therefore, are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts or use them for any other lawful purpose. The journal is financed through publication fees paid by authors or, where applicable, by their institutions or funding agencies. All articles published are open-access articles distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution license CC BY 4.0

Submission Policy

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the authorities responsible where the work was carried out. Authors are responsible for updating the archived preprint with the journal reference (including the DOI) and a link to the published article on the appropriate journal website upon publication. Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

All articles published in the International Journal of Innovative Research in Computer Science and Technology (IJIRCST) are open access and freely available online immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. The APC supports publishing services such as article processing, editorial production, formatting, online hosting, website maintenance, and related publishing infrastructure. APC is payable only when a manuscript has been editorially accepted and is proceeding toward publication. The APC is charged to the author or, where applicable, to the author's funder, institution, or employer.

Waiver Policy

IJIRCST does not charge any submission fee, review fee, handling fee, or acceptance fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only to manuscripts that have been editorially accepted and are proceeding toward publication. This charge helps the journal cover its operational and publishing expenses. The APC is kept at a low and affordable level to support accessibility for authors. Therefore, IJIRCST does not provide any waiver or reduction of the applicable APC.
